Last week, we had the most incredible, indulgent brunch at Ewaan at Palace Downtown, Dubai.

Amongst the many many stations they had, there were dedicated counters to:
Breads & Cheeses – We started with trying a few pieces – and every single piece of bread we tried was so masterfully made, that the humble bread counter kept bringing us back for more,

Seafood – the counter played host to everything imaginable, including Canadian lobster, sushi, Australian oysters, hammour, king prawn, salmon, tuna, shrimp, and actual ice sculptures.

Live Barbeque Station – For the meat lovers, the live BBQ stations were filled with the most succulent, mouth-watering tikkas, kebabs, lamb, beef tenderloin, lobster thermidor, yorkshire pudding, and foie gras. This chicken tikka in particular, was a bit of a revelation for me. Personally, I adore a good chicken tikka, and this one was perhaps the best chicken tikka I’ve had in a while now. I would go back just for this one!
Arabic – which had a wide selection of utterly delicious salads & mezze,
Desserts – I basically lost count with the number of desserts available in the dessert area – yes there’s literally an entire area dedicated to desserts. They had pasteries, chocolate fountains, arabic desserts, tarts, cakes, and even a live dessert station. The desserts were wide ranging, creative, and exquisite.

Detox Brunch – AED 345 per person with fresh juices, water, coffee and tea
Premium Brunch – AED 505 per person with premium wines and ports
Luxurious Brunch – AED 730 per person – Selection of premium wines, and free-flowing champagne.
With every single counter at the brunch pulling its culinary weight, views of the Burj Khalifa, and simply excellent service, the indulgent 1001 Flavours Brunch at Ewaan is definitely one to personally experience, and to impress friends and family with.
